Joma and Getafe CF pay tribute to the Coliseum and their sponsors by surprising with new prints and a white and green third kit.
Getafe CF presents the new collection of shirts made by Joma, their official technical sponsor, paying tribute to their stadium, the Coliseum, and their sponsors, including Joma. Once again, the players of the blue club will take to the field wearing their traditional color on high-performance fabric. The away shirt continues the legacy of red and is a nod to Joma’s first design, while the third shirt recalls the one worn by the club in 1946, the year of its foundation.
The production is the result of a great collaboration process between the brand and the club, whose goal is to provide the best material to help their players achieve maximum performance in all competitions. Furthermore, as a demonstration of Joma’s commitment to caring for the planet, all three Getafe CF shirts are made from recycled fabric.
Joma and Getafe CF have an impeccable track record that already spans over 30 years of history. Since then, successful uniforms have been launched that capture the identity of the Madrid club. The 2024/2025 collection is completed with a wide range of training and leisurewear.
The Getafe CF 2024/2025 shirts, a timeless kit
The new skin of Getafe CF takes them back to their origins, recalling three key moments in their history. In the first jersey, the blue color remains, a color that has always marked their essence, over which a sublimation of the Coliseum Stadium from a bird’s eye view has been applied, positioned in such a way that both the field and the stands can be appreciated. This place is more than just a stadium for them, as it is where they have achieved their greatest successes. Hence the tribute and the detail on the collar with the date 1998. On the inside of the back, the results of all the games they have played as hosts have been recorded, up to December 2023, in the blue stronghold.
On the other hand, the second shirt continues the legacy of red, applied on Jacquard finished fabric that, in addition to facilitating sweat ventilation, draws fine details throughout the shirt. Its vintage touch with details in blue and the Joma logo on the sleeves is a journey to the past, to 1994, 30 years after Joma’s first design.
As for the third shirt, white has been chosen in memory of the first kit worn by the club in the year of its foundation, in 1946.
Some ecological t-shirts for a sustainable planet
Joma, as a sports brand committed to caring for the environment, continues to bet on the use of ecological materials and sustainable production processes in all official kits, such as that of Getafe CF. That is why it has made these jerseys 100% with recycled polyester, which gives them the ECO product label. This fabric is made from recycled sources, mainly PET bottles, which are turned into raw material to create hundreds of meters of fabric. In this way, it manages to reduce 75% of CO2 emissions, avoids the use of oil, and reduces the plastic pollution of the planet.
As for the benefits of physical exercise, it offers optimal performance, and is resistant, elastic, and breathable. The players of Getafe CF will achieve their football goals while being aware of the importance of protecting the environment.
Cutting-edge technology applied to Getafe CF shirts 2024/2025
Joma, as an expert sports brand, has incorporated the most cutting-edge technical features into the Getafe CF kit. This is the result of the significant investment in R&D carried out in recent years. Likewise, it continues with the initiative to offer the same quality standards in the products that are put up for sale, something in which Joma is a pioneer.
Firstly, the MICRO-MESH SYSTEM technology is located in areas that need greater sweat transpiration. This system helps moisture evaporate quickly, and therefore, the body remains at a constant temperature even in the most demanding moments. It also prevents post-exercise cooling. The elastic fibers ensure a comfortable game and facilitate freedom of movement.
On the other hand, each piece of fabric has been joined using the FLATLOCK flat seam system, which prevents possible skin chafing and enhances the comfort of the footballers.
