Norwich City and Joma join forces to present the first kit for the 2024/2025 season.
With the launch of the new kit for the upcoming season, Norwich City, along with Joma, has opted for a sublimated checkered design with an optical effect. As a symbol of tradition, it includes as usual the classic colours of the club: yellow and green. Joma has been supporting them since 2021 as their official technical sponsor, providing them with the best material for all their competitions and helping to improve performance.
The making of the Norwich City’s 2024/2025 first kit is the result of a great collaboration process between the brand and the club. As a result, the uniforms capture their essence combining it with renewed aspects and an innovative style embodied in recycled fabric.
The regular pattern features a round ribbed collar and ribbed cuffs, also in green like the rest of the details. This achieves a comfortable fit and enhances the athletes’ comfort. The Norwich City badge appears in embroidered label to give it an elegant touch.
An ecological shirt for a sustainable planet
For the new uniforms, Joma has reaffirmed its commitment to environmental care by manufacturing the jerseys 85% with recycled polyester. Most of the official kits that the brand manufactures already use this fabric. It is made from recycled sources, mainly PET bottles, which are converted into raw material. This reduces CO2 emissions by 75% and avoids the use of petroleum.
As for the benefits of exercising, recycled polyester provides elasticity, resistance, and good breathability.
The best technologies on the market
Joma, as an expert in sports, has incorporated the most innovative technological qualities on the Norwich City kits. This is the result of a great investment in R&D carried out in recent years. The products that will be available for sale also meet these quality standards.
Firstly, the MICRO-MESH SYSTEM technology is located in the areas of highest perspiration (armpits and sides) to help moisture evaporate quickly. Thanks to the jacquard finish of the rest of the garment, sweat is completely wicked away. It consists of small perforations that regulate sweat accumulation. On the other hand, each piece of fabric has been joined using the FLATLOCK flat seams system, which prevents possible skin chafing and increases comfort during play.
Finally, Joma’s 2024/2025 kits for Norwich City are completed with the rest of the game products, including a wide range of training garments and another line for leisure.
