The three Joma federations began competing in the Handball Pre-Olympic confirmed their ticket to Paris 2024: Spain, Slovenia, and Croatia. This group closes an exciting qualification day for the Olympic Games, where Joma has been widely represented through its national teams.
The first to secure a spot was Croatia, who faced Germany in Hannover ending with a 30-33 score for the #JomaTeam.
In Granollers, the Spanish national men’s handball team, one of the favorites for Paris, reached the top after defeating Brazil 26-28. Thanks to their completely offensive attacking scheme, Spain confirmed a full victory in the Pre-Olympics, already got bronze in Tokyo 2020 and now they will embark on their journey to win a new medal.
In fact, thanks to Spain’s qualification, Slovenia was also able to qualify. The Balkan team defeated Bahrain 32-36 awaiting the result of the Hispanos, as a victory for Brazil would have kept them out of the Games.
